New Delhi: Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor always creates a style statement with her stunning looks and ravishing dressing style. But this time, along with compliments she got people talking behind her back about her attire.
Sonakshi Sinha To Romance Mahesh Babu
Calm, composed, collected — a few totems that come to your mind when you see Sonakshi Sinha. The young actress remains unruffled by the success and the `100-crore princess' nickname given to her by the media, as her Lootera co-star Ranveer Singh puts it. Sonakshi, who has been a regular visitor to Bangalore, says, "I like the city and have a lot of friends living here. As a student, I used to make it a point to visit the city once every six months." But the actress, who got to experience the Bangalore monsoon during her recent visit, wasn't too impressed.
"I am not a great fan of the monsoons, even Mumbai's for that matter. The gloomy weather just depresses me, I prefer the sunshine," she says. While on the topic of Bangalore, we ask her about her south connection. Having worked with Prabhudheva and a south remake, it seems that she has developed an affinity for south films. "I am doing a third film with Prabhu sir," says an excited Sonakshi, adding that she has a special understanding of what the filmmaker wants. "He just has to say something to me once and I get what he wants," she says.
The actress is currently working on Rambo Rajkumar with him. The third film, that isn't named yet, will have her and Ajay Devgn in the lead, but that is not where her south connection ends. "I am doing a Telugu film next year with Mahesh Babu called Shivam, which will be directed by Telugu director Krish," she says and adds, "When Krish came to me with the script I thought I would politely decline, as I was too caught up with my Hindi films this year. But when he narrated the script, I was hooked and insisted that he tell me about it in detail. Over the next three hours he narrated the entire script to me and I thought I had to do this film."

What are the insecurities of an actress who comes from out of India to work in Bollywood?
I can't talk for anyone else, but for me, I'm convinced I made the right decision to move my world to India. I just dropped everything and followed my dream.
How do you keep yourself grounded and stress-free?
I have a couple of people in my life that keep me grounded and my past experiences with life keep me calm. I realise there are far worse things that could be happening in life. Also, just turning on the news makes me realise that I have a beautiful fulfilling life with my family and my career. If it all disappeared tomorrow, I would be okay with it because I believe everything is a stepping stone to another chapter in my life.
What advice would you give yourself and other actresses on how to handle their personal and professional lives?
Make sure you have hobbies. In entertainment, sometimes you are working everyday and at other times you might have a few weeks off. In those cases, keep yourself busy physically and mentally. Spend time with your family and your friends. Also stay away from drugs and don't drink too much, it will set your mind off balance.
Do you think the actress would need family support in the country itself, or can they do without that?
Each person is different in life, so I can only speak for myself. I function amazingly when my husband is with me, but I am okay on my own as well. I can handle stressful situations and figure out the solutions to them. I don't mind being by myself because I am at peace with who I am at this stage in my life. I have set myself up here in India with an amazing group of people I can trust. To be in entertainment, you have to be able to function on your own as well as with a family member. But of course, my husband does make my life very easy for me. He makes it possible for me to just be me. (IndiaTimes)

शाहरुख ने मारी बाजी, देश की टॉप-100 सेलिब्रिटी में अव्वल
शाहरुख खान ने फोब्र्स मैगजीन द्वारा पहली बार तैयार की गई देश की टॉप-100 सेलिब्रिटी लिस्ट में शीर्ष स्थान हासिल किया है। इसमें दूसरे क्रम पर सलमान खान और तीसरे पर महेंद्र सिंह धोनी को रखा है।
फोब्र्स ने यह सूची सेलिब्रिटी हस्तियों की कमाई और उनकी लोकप्रियता के आधार पर तैयार की है। इसके मुताबिक एक अक्टूबर 2011 से 30 सितंबर के बीच शाहरुख खान ने 202.8 करोड़ रुपए कमाए। इस दौरान सलमान और धोनी की आमदनी क्रमश: 144.2 करोड़ और 135.16 करोड़ रुपए रही। सूची में टॉप-5 में जगह बनाने वालों में अक्षय कुमार और अमिताभ बच्चन के भी नाम हैं।
ज्यादातर सेलिब्रिटी 30 से 50 के बीच के सूची में शामिल ज्यादातर सेलिब्रिटी की उम्र 30 से 50 वर्ष के बीच के हैं। इसमें साइना नेहवाल, विराट कोहली, अनुष्का शर्मा और सानिया मिर्जा जैसे 12 युवा टॉप-50 सेलिब्रिटी में शुमार किए गए हैं। इसमें 23 साल की उम्र के साथ साइना नेहवाल सबसे युवा सेलिब्रिटी हैं। टॉप-100 सेलिब्रिटी की यह सूची फोब्र्स इंडिया के ताजा संस्करण में प्रकाशित होने जा रही है। यह संस्करण 28 जनवरी 2013 को बाजार में उपलब्ध होगा।
न्यू ईयर इव पर सनी लियोन के साथ थिरके लोग
नई दिल्ली। अपने हुस्न से सबको मदहोश करने वाली भारतीय मूल की कनाडाई अभिनेत्री सनी लियोन ने न्यू ईयर की शाम पर दिल्ली के लोगों के लिए कार्यक्रम पेश किया। सनी फिल्म जिस्म 2 से बॉलीवुड में कदम रख चुकी हैं। सनी अपनी परफार्मेस से लोगों की प्रतिक्रियाओं से शॉक रह गई। सनी के डांस को लोगों ने बहुत पसंद किया। सनी अपनी दिलकश अदा से लोगों को घायल करती दिखी। सनी ने बताया कि लोगों का उल्लास देखने लायक था। मुझे उनका उत्साह और प्रतिक्रिया देखकर अच्छा लगा। राजधानी के ललित होटल में करीब 2000 लोग मौजूद थे। सनी के पति और उनके प्रबंधक डेनियल वीबर ने भी कहा कि प्रस्तुति कमाल की थी। दर्शकों ने भरपूर आनंद लिया। सनी ने बॉलीवुड के हिट आइटम सांग जैसे अनारकली डिस्को चली, चिकनी चमेली, डिस्को दीवाने आदि पर परफार्म किया और लोगों को अपने साथ नचाया।
